Tonight, we had an incident where messages sent from and to our services have not been delivered.
This impacted our services from around 20:30 CET on 10 August to around 08:30 CET on 11 August.
Please note that in most instances, the sender should have received an error message.

We are currently experiencing issues with our servers, leading to a slower response on the service. We do not expect any data loss, but emails may be delivered with a delay.

We have had problems with the webmail this evening, which made it unavailable for short periods of a total of 15 minutes. The error was quickly identified, and was completely rectified after approximately two hours.
The error only affected the availability of the webmail. Deliverability of emails was not affected.

Luukku is being moved to new servers. In relation to this, there will be some downtime on the night between 19 April and 20 April, 2022.
