Ongelmia sisäänkirjautumisessa

E-mail deliverability issues

Tonight, we had an incident where messages sent from and to our services have not been delivered.

This impacted our services from around 20:30 CET on 10 August to around 08:30 CET on 11 August.

Please note that in most instances, the sender should have received an error message.

We sincerely apologize the inconvenience caused by this incident.

The e-mail service is slower than usual

We are currently experiencing issues with our servers, leading to a slower response on the service. We do not expect any data loss, but emails may be delivered with a delay.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience, and we are working hard to improve the situation.

The e-mail service is temporarily unavailable

We have had problems with the webmail this evening, which made it unavailable for short periods of a total of 15 minutes. The error was quickly identified, and was completely rectified after approximately two hours.

The error only affected the availability of the webmail. Deliverability of emails was not affected.

We are moving to new servers

During the morning, the webmail has been partly unavailable and slow for some of our customers. The issues were resolved during the day.
